Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping for all orders across the United States. Estimated delivery time is:
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak shopping seasons.
Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise specified during checkout. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping options or deliveries to remote locations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your package through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately.
International Shipping
At this time, Savvy Stroller ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Delayed or Lost Orders
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen delays with shipping carriers may occasionally occur. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packaging or product, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
