At Savvy Stroller, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and straightforward return and refund process.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unused and unopened items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
- It must include all original tags, manuals, accessories, and packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged products not due to our error
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or downloadable content
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@savvystroller.website with:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos (if applicable, for damaged/defective items)
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note:
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
